« Cavernal Music » is dedicated to my friend Maxime Cohen, a distinguished musician and passionate speleologist who, accompanied by his daughters, forms a charming little instrumental ensemble.
Caves have always fascinated me. I particularly remember a visit when, as children, my sister and I stayed behind: as soon as the guide’s voice faded and the lights dimmed, what magic began to sing all around us! We also find, thanks to their art, this strong connection with our distant ancestors!
« Cavernal music » est dédié à mon ami Maxime Cohen musicien émérite mais aussi spéléologue passionné qui, accompagné de ses filles, forme un sympathique petit ensemble instrumental.
Les grottes m’ont toujours fasciné, je me souviens en particulier d’une visite où, enfants, nous étions restés en arrière avec ma soeur: dès lors que la voix du guide s’est estompée, les lumières baissées, quelle magie s’est mise à chanter tout autour de nous! On y trouve aussi, grâce à leur art, ce lien fort avec nos lointains ancêtres!
