From earth to moon – bassoon & organ

It was the bassoon, with its wide range, its low notes that seem to resonate with the earth, its stratospheric high notes, that inspired this idea of a journey from the earth to the moon! The organ, moreover, is not to be outdone, possessing those deep sounds that make us vibrate and, through the richness of its stops, creating the ideal spatial setting.

c’est le basson avec sa grande tessiture, ses graves qui semblent entrer en résonance avec la terre, ses aigus stratosphériques, qui m’a inspiré cette idée de voyage de la terre à la lune! L’orgue d’ailleurs n’est pas en reste, lui qui possède ces sons profonds qui nous font vibrer et, par la richesse de ses jeux, crée le décor spatial idéal.
